About Serre Chevalier

Serre Chevalier is a string of 13 authentic Hautes-Alpes villages linked by lift across 250km of piste in the Guisane valley near Briançon. Unlike most French purpose-built resorts, its villages retain genuine local character including 11th-century church towers, and the resort's relatively low profile among international visitors means shorter lift queues and better value than comparable ski areas in the northern Alps.
