About Davos

Davos is the highest city in Europe at 1,560m, combining the world's most famous economic forum with five separate ski areas — Parsenn, Jakobshorn, Pischa, Rinerhorn, and Madrisa — totalling 330km of varied terrain. Its Parsenn area, reached by the historic Parsennbahn funicular railway, contains some of the longest runs in the Alps including the 12km descent to Klosters, and Davos retains a cosmopolitan character informed by decades as both a health resort and international meeting place.
